Monica Harris has been in the transcription business since 1998. Having vast experience with over two decades of experience primarily transcribing for authors, speakers, combined with 15 years of transcription services on behalf of law firms placing Monica in high demand for her unique abilities in the process of transcribing. 

She enjoys learning about Client’s businesses through her transcriptions for Waters Business Consulting Group and says that her work brings an understanding of each Client and how WBCG can help them to improve and grow their business. 

Monica has a degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences, holds certification to teach English as a second language, and is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor’s in Psychology. 

In her spare time, Monica has volunteered as an adult literacy tutor to help adults learn how to read. 

Monica resides in sunny Southern California and when not working you may find her enjoying some of her favorite pass times which includes investing time with her family, traveling to new places, learning about new cultures, or creating handcrafts with particular interest in candles and soaps.
